Poly-TWILL™ is a 100% polyester twill material with a thermal adhesive backing. It is used to create a high quality look with custom appliqué and sewn lettering. It is used on most pro sports uniforms. Poly-TWILL™ is also available in an uncoated version for banners & large projects, or pressure sensitive for simple positioning of designs. Poly-TWILL™ must be sewn to prevent fraying.
