Glacier Twill is a Herringbone-textured polyester fabric that renders a unique appearance. Professional athletic teams often use Glacier Twill to create their jersey numbers, letters and logos. Glacier Twill must be sewn to prevent fraying.


Available: By the yard in 50" width rolls
Recommended Fabrics: 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends, Nylon, fleece, wool, caps
Application Instructions:

1) Remove backing from Player Name leaving twill letters pre-spaced and adhered to the premask tape.

2) Position Player Name onto garment.

3) Heat apply at 330°-350°F for 8-15 seconds using medium pressure.

4) Remove premask tape.

5) Twill must be zig-zag stitched or satin stitched around the edges.
