Poly-TWILL®. How it works is the background and foreground of each 2-color appliqué come pre-positioned and laminated together, ready to sew "non-stop" on your shop's computerized embroidery machine. With your Kiss Cut purchase, you receive a pre-programmed stitch file that your machine will continuously run after initial placement. Three-color Kiss Cut appliqués are also available. |

Reverse weed Kiss Cut
The unique characteristic of such appliqués is that the design is "reversed out" or inverted so that the bottom layer of twill serves as the top color but only as an outline. Benefit: It reduces the weight of an appliqué since the bottom layer is only an outline. Yet, the appearance of a full two-color twill appliqué is still achieved. |
